Project Insight is web based, on demand project software. This means your IT department does not have to install any software on the desktop computer. Project Insight is committed to supporting the leading web browsers.

For best results with a MAC, we recommend:

Server Software Architecture (for Installed)

The Project Insight project management solution is built on Microsoft's .NET platform. An installed system requires Windows 2003 Server platform, running Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and Microsoft Internet Information Server 6.0.

Minimum Server Hardware Requirements:

2GHz+ processor
4+ GB RAM
60GB free hard drive space (or an appropriate amount for additional file storage)
Dedicated server or Dedicated Virtual Server Environment

Server Software Requirements:

Windows Server 2003 or 2008 Standard Edition
Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Standard Edition (Service Pack 3)
IIS 6.x+ configured for ASP.Net 3.5
IIS SMTP Service
Microsoft Indexing Service
Microsoft Project Professional 2003 or 2007 Desktop (for Microsoft Project Import/Export)
