FREE Team Member Training
Project Insight is a team solution, so it is inevitable that you will add new project team members from time to time.
That is why we offer weekly group training sessions via Live Meeting (web conference). The best Project Insight
trainers educate your team members, so you can continue working on your projects.
In addition, a half day webinar of systems administrator and project manager training is included with the purchase of
any Enterprise installed or hosted license of Project Insight.
Onsite Training
Our onsite training is strongly recommended for enterprise customers with large centralized groups. Our trainers
create a customized training program for your Project Insight system administrators, project managers and project
team members. Call for onsite training fees.
Web Conference Training
For companies with staff in multiple locations, we recommend telephone or web conference training. We tailor group
training sessions specific for your needs and conduct training over the web for your project team. Telephone and web training
rates are $1,400/day.
Webinars
Every month, we offer Project Insight, web seminars on various project management topics. These group
sessions are usually 2 hours in length and are priced at $175/login. Topics include:
- Project Insight 101
- Project Insight system administration
- Project Insight time and billing
- Project management 101
- Project scheduling: dependencies, predecessors, and successors
- Resource allocation tips and techniques
- Best practices in Project Insight
