agreements and hosted customers with current accounts automatically receive:

Maintenance Contract
Customers utilizing Project Insight software in the hosted environment have maintenance which
is covered by payment of monthly hosting fees. Customers that opt for an installed project management solution need
a separate maintenance contract. A current maintenance agreement enables a company to assign one
primary and one secondary maintenance contact. These contacts may be changed upon request.
