Server Unresponsive Problems at Approximately 11 AM Pacific Time

One application server in the data center cluster was not responding and was taken offline. During an approximate time of 12 minutes, customers may have received runtime errors. Customers should experience no other errors following our corrective action. A page refresh should return all affected user sessions to normal.
