What's in Your Project Management Bucket List?

It's been yet another successful year for our Project Management Webinar Series! We have learned and collaborated on the industry's hottest challenges and it's not over. In this fast evolving industry, project managers are looking for creative ways to bring value to their roles and organizations.

As you know, PMI made big changes in the beginning of 2016, introducing PMI's Talent Triangle featuring the all new PDU categories for PMPs (Professional Project Managers) working on their continuing education requirements.

  • Technical Project Management: Knowledge, skills and behaviors related to specific domains of Project, Program and Portfolio Management.
  • Leadership: Knowledge, skills and behaviors specific to leadership-oriented skills that help an organization achieve its business goals.
  • Strategic and Business Management: Knowledge of and expertise in the industry or organization that enhances performance and better delivers business outcomes.

Project Insight in partnership with Core Performance Concepts, leading project management training in the industry, incorporated an all new webinar curriculum to fulfill PMI's category requirements.

For the past six years (well before my time as your moderator), this dynamic duo has helped, encouraged and prepared thousands of seasoned and future project managers overcome the daily challenges of a project management.

Next year is no different and it's fast approaching! We are lining up some of the most on demand webinars handpicked by our audience - a.k.a. YOU! We still have a few open slots for webinar topics so let us know what are your interests and/or challenges in project management. We know it's tough to squeeze these trainings in your busy work schedule, so we want to make it worth your time.

It is our mission to bring the best concepts to our PM community and it is your chance to be a part of it.

Share your ideas, feedback or suggestions in the comments below.

Thanks again for your continued support!
