Resource Management Projects in PI
When National Western Life's chief accounting officer (CAO) announced an upcoming, complex system upgrade for their IT department, there was a strong need to have visibility into all resources' schedules, track time and run powerful reports. This system upgrade has multiple sub-projects within it, over 150 people logging their time and logged over 110,000 hours to date. With Project Insight, they can accurately monitor how many hours are being spent per project, and run reports to help stay on track.
