Issue Tracking

Project Insight empowers team members to escalate problems that arise on tasks and projects, in order to resolve them faster. Assign issues to team members, as automatic alerts immediately notify them that their help has been requested. Issues may be posted on tasks, against the project or simply added to a folder outside of a project or task. If your team uses the Outlook Connector, then team members may create issues from emails as well.
