Project Insight web-based project management software. This means your IT department does not have to install any software on the desktop computer. Project Insight is committed to supporting the leading web browsers.

Client Software Architecture

For best results with a PC, we recommend:

• Microsoft Internet Explorer 7+ or
• Firefox 3.6.3+

For best results with a MAC, we recommend:

• Safari 5.0+
• Firefox 3.6.3+

Server Software Architecture (for on Premise)

The Project Insight project management software solution is built on Microsoft's .NET platform. An on premise (installed) system requires Windows 2003+ Server platform, running Microsoft SQL Server 2005+ and Microsoft Internet Information Server 6.0.

Minimum Server Hardware Requirements:

• 2GHz+ processor
• 4+ GB RAM
• 60GB free hard drive space (or an appropriate amount for additional file storage)
• Dedicated server or Dedicated Virtual Server Environment

Server Software Requirements:

• Windows Server 2003 or 2008+ Standard Edition
• Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or 2008+ Standard Edition (Service Pack 3)
• IIS 6.x+ configured for ASP.Net 3.5
• IIS SMTP Service (or other SMTP server which allows relay from the web server)
• Microsoft Indexing Service
• Microsoft Project Professional 2003 or 2007 Desktop (for Microsoft Project Import/Export)
