Product Training Webinars

We want your implementation to be successful. For this reason, we offer over 20 unique product training webinars that rotate weekly and monthly. Free PMI Project Management Webinars

Because many of our customer teams have members with mixed exposure to project management, we offer a project management webinar series with basic and advanced sessions. This program introduces Project Insight users to the tools and techniques of Project Management Institute, Inc.'s (PMI) PMBOK® Guide, and provides insight into the key concepts and techniques used by project managers across the globe to successfully complete projects. All live product training and project management webinars are recorded and available for review by our customers at any time from our Project Insight Community.

Best Practices

We have six unique best practices modules that blend PMI teachings with practical suggestions for application in our project management software. Use these as either group courseware or individual learning sessions.

One-on One Team Training

If you still have questions after attending the group webinars, then our specialized team training might be right for you. Whether via webinar or onsite, our trainers can help you with specific product or business process questions. We tailor customer training sessions to fit your needs and conduct training over the web or onsite for your project team.

Business Process Training

Because many teams need to either refine or decide upon their best business processes, we business process consulting. Our PMP certified consultants will help you decide upon, document and implement your best practices and processes. Because they are Project Insight specialists, they make process recommendations with our software in mind.
