The photo tab allows you to associate a user with his or her picture, giving you that social media look and feel when team members post comments in the system.

Team members may use avatars, images from the library, or add their own photo or image if they prefer. The pictures or images will appear on comments, social collaboration and notification stream on the dashboard.

Here is an example of Nick’s social collaboration stream, where he sees comments added by others on the team.
