Degraded Service

9:00 PM PDT: Our engineers have resolved the issue. They are currently rebuilding all of the indexes. PI will be operating at 100% by 10 pm PDT.

3:05 PM PDT: PI is still experiencing degraded service resulting in intermittent errors. As a result, Project Insight will be unavailable for a short time between 6pm PDT and 9pm PDT. More information to follow as we know more.

11:33 AM PDT: Since around 9 am (PDT) this morning, PI has been experiencing degraded service resulting in intermittent errors. You may experience slowness or temporary non-responsiveness from the Project Insight application. We apologize any inconvenience during this time.
