There was a degraded service and our Dev-Ops team recycled the systems and Project Insight should be back up and running. Devops and Support will continue to monitor for any further errors.
As of approxmiately 01:49am(PST) November 16, 2017 Project Insight received alerts of time out errors happening with Project Insight, Dev-Ops is working on the issue and the issue should be fixed momentarily.
