The Getting Started Videos provide quick introductory instructions for the most frequently used features during your first few days getting to know Project Insight. Access the latest product and project management webinars and training courses. Download training videos, support and best practice documents. Read blogs, post your comments and more anytime, anywhere.

Project Insight help is context sensitive throughout the application. Simply click on the help icon in the top right corner of your Project Insight site, or press F1. This takes you to the corresponding page in the Project Insight Online Manual, which provides documentation and step by step instructions for that page.

Project Insight offers free weekly live training webinars on a myriad of product specific and project management topics. Access the latest webinar schedule in our PI Community.

Project Insight offers the unique ability to request support, suggest a feature or report a possible bug from within the software. Request support from the Help Menu in the top right corner of your Project Insight site. Our support team receives the exact URL that you are requesting technical support from, and this speeds up the problem solving process, providing you with the quickest response.
