Support requests may be submitted from the Help menu.
Support requests are always routed first to your Project Insight administrator as configured for your organization through the use of the User Profile.
Use of Request Support requires that designated contacts are set up for at least one of your system users. Your organization may have up to two designated contacts for support requests. When used by one of your organization's designated contacts, the request is routed directly to the Project Insight support team in the Metafuse offices.
If your administrator cannot answer the question, they may forward your request to the Project Insight support team for further assistance.
