Benefits of Training

If your team is like 90% of our customers, then you are probably implementing an enterprise project management system for the first time. Most Project Insight customers come to us having used Excel, MS Project desktop, email and white boards to manage their portfolio of projects. While some of your project team members may understand scheduling and resource management, chances are you have a team of mixed experience levels. For both of these reasons, it is a good idea to plan a thoughtful training and implementation plan.

Training is the backbone of any successful software deployment. It accelerates the learning process and ensures that your team members focus on what they need to during the initial adoption phase.

You can learn Project Insight on your own or conduct a ‘train the trainer’ approach. We provide over 60 recorded video trainings to allow just that. While self-taught, online training is proven for some, it is not as rapid as rolling out with training from experienced professionals.

With a personalized training package, our training team can answer your specific business process questions. Introductory administration training, project manager and key team member training are all offered. A phased software implementation complete with business process and PM 101 training is available as well. Hiring our professional trainers aids your implementation and helps to build team confidence and user acceptance.

Based on over 14 years of experience, our professional trainers have created training packages for you to choose from.
