Description:
The following error message below is caused when a SQL Server database installation does not meet the configuration requirements for the collation settings as specified in the installation instructions.

Steps To Reproduce:
Search for any text string and the Event Viewer will log the error if the collation settings are incorrect.

Resolutions:
Reinstall SQL Server with the requires configuration and set the ProjectInsight database to the correct collation.

Workarounds:
If the SQL Server configuration upon the installation of SQL Server was not set correctly there is no known workaround other than to reinstall SQL Server in accordance with the Project Insight installation instructions.
