If you are a customer and are logged into PI, when you click on the help center link here, you will be taken directly to the online help area. Type in your question and the system will suggest some FAQs for you to review and also accept your tickets.
Here you will find two forums, one for general questions and answers and another for Web Services APIs and toolkits. Add your questions to the right forum and you're off and running!
