Agenda:

• Learn how to determine your project start date by the required deadline or end date
• Remove the existing predecessor on the last task, if there is one
• Go to the first task on the project and create a dependency to the last task on the project
• Create a 'lead' predecessor and add the number of days in your project, plus some slack days
• If the deadline changes, you can move the last task and the project start date will automatically shift (assuming all of your tasks are connected with dependencies)
• You can shift an entire project, a phase or sections of your WBS, leveraging the intelligent scheduling to move everything together
