What does a SaaS Sandbox include and what is it for?

Typically a Sandbox instance is for testing purposes and upon request only Administrative settings are copied over to a requested Sandbox.

A sandbox instance does not copy users, folder structures or projects because it is meant to be a controlled environment where the tester(s) can select what items to import or create in the Sandbox instance.

A tester can import in a user list into Sandbox if needed from their production by exporting out a user list. Please make sure that user's are marked inactive on the Sandbox to avoid any Welcome emails being sent to them from the Sandbox.

In addition a tester could export a project plan from their Production by selecting "Export to MS Project XML" when viewing a task list and then the XML file can be imported into Sandbox.
