Additional data fields customized as user defined fields may be used in charts. Although there are many varying rules for different types of charts, the general rules for which data fields will be available for charts are as follows.

Chart Columns:
Textbox: Currency, Date, Decimal, Integer, Percent

Aggregate By:
Requires 'Group By' setting in the custom field definition and must be Textbox.
