The database indexes were rebuilt and it appears that levitated the issue, Devops and Support will continue to monitor for any further errors.
As of approxmiately 9:49am August 2nd, 2017 Project Insight received alerts of time out errors happening with Project Insight, Dev-Ops is working on the issue and we will update once the system issue have been resolved.
