Update 2017-08-08: The SMTP services change referenced below will occur this evening.
SMTP services (outbound email) for all cloud-based customers will be migrating to a new service provider, SendGrid. This email service will be used to send all PI outbound email, which includes email received from auto-alerts and those sent from other users who choose to send email using the PI email interface. While this should not affect any customer receipt of PI email, please open a support ticket if you are experiencing any new issues after this change has been implemented. An update will be posted to this announcement once the change is implemented.
