Increase start date filter for dashboard tasks to 180 days.

Added the Ability to Configure the Home Screen or Dashboard as the default "Homepage" for users when no homepage has been specified.

Fixed a bug which caused the "Mark Complete" function for Tasks and ToDos to fail on the Mobile Interface. Also changed the words to "Done" to match Status types.
