Description

Every project starts somewhere - this session discusses the factors associated with project initiation and startup. This can be accomplished through leveraging the following methodology deliverables - business case, detailed requirements, high level design, project charter, project roles, testing strategy, and user acceptance (UA) test plan. The purpose and utility for each of these deliverables will be discussed during this tutorial.
