Limitations and alternatives

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of Project Insight Software & website, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations, and potential solutions. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed below.

Known limitations for Project Insight Software & website:

Color selection can be defined by users, some colors on charts may not conform with contrast rules, especially if user defined colors are incorporated into the charts.

Not all support videos have captions. We attempt to add captions to the most popular support videos. Also newer videos may not have captions added immediately.

Some forms, specifically designed for the mouse, like the Gantt chart drag and drop, or Kanban boards may not work well with a keyboard. Alternative methods for updating the data exists, so although there are mouse centric forms within the application, they are not required to successfully use the software.
